Monogram Information

Monogrammed items are non-returnable, so please order carefully! Your monogrammed items will ship in 2 to 3 weeks.

The sizes of the monogram depends on the item:

• wash cloth 2"
• hand towel 3"
• bath towel 4"
• bath sheet 5"
• bath mat 4"
• shower curtain 8"
• robe 3"
• boudoir pillow 1"

The placement of the monogram depends on the item:

• towels - center bottom, above the dobby border
• bath mats - center, middle
• shower curtains - center, middle
• robes - upper right side, center
• boudoir pillows - center, middle

Please call us with special requests, we are often able to accomodate them. Although we show 3 initial styles, we can do one initial only and also have more thread colors available. If you are concerned about which thread color will look best on the item you have chosen, feel free to call us.

Please note that unlike regular orders, monogram orders are billed at the time you place your order not at the time of shipment. This is because your items need to be set aside for monogramming and the items will be worked on for you before you receive them. Sorry, gift wrapping is not available for monogrammed items.
