Jacquard Towels Jacquard weaves are used to make fabrics with intricate allover patterns such as brocades, tapestries, and damasks. They are woven on a looms with special jacquard attachments to control the individual warps. Fabrics of this type are costly because of the time and skill involved in making the jacquard patterns, preparing the looms to produce a new patterns, and the slowness of the weaving process. Linenplace offers two beautiful jacquard woven towels: Damask towels and Olivia towels. The Damask towels feature a traditional brocade design. The Olivia towels feature a more modern looking kaleidoscope design and coordinate with the Olivia coverlet by Peacock Alley.
