Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not pleased with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund on all regularly stocked merchandise within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition in order to receive a refund. "New and unused" means the item is in its original packaging and there are no marks or signs of use on the product or the product's package. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used or handled.

Please note that there will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items that have been opened and/or are not in original package with all of the tags/packaging inserts. We regret that we cannot accept returns of used items. Late returns, if accepted, will also be charged the restocking fee. Linenplace reserves the right to inspect and return items to you that are not acceptable for return.

Special orders, final sale and monogrammed items are non-returnable.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us via email or our toll free number and we will arrange to have the item picked up and the correct item sent out. If you prefer to return the item(s) by your own shipping method, please understand that you do so at your own expense.

A copy of your packing slip or your name and order number must accompany returned items. Please retain a copy for your records.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. The full purchase price less the restocking fee (if applicable) will be credited to the form of payment used for the original purchase. We do not refund shipping or gift wrap charges.

We recommend that you ship your return back to us via a method you can track. Please keep your shipping record and/or receipt in case you need to track the return shipment.
