If you are not pleased with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund on all regularly stocked merchandise within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Special orders and final sale items are non-returnable.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition in order to receive a refund. "New and unused" means the item is in its original packaging with all package inserts/tags and there are no marks or signs of use on the product or the product's package. We cannot accept the return of an item with any indication that it has been used or handled, including unfolded items and washed items. Linenplace reserves the right to inspect and return items to you that are not acceptable for return. Late returns and items that do not meet the above criteria, if accepted, will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Ship item(s) to the address below with a copy of your packing slip. If you do not have your packing slip, include your name and order number. We recommend that you ship your return back to us via a method you can track. Please keep your shipping record and/or receipt in case you need to track the return shipment.
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us via email or our toll free number and we will arrange to have the item picked up and the correct item sent out. If you prefer to return the item(s) by your own shipping method, please understand that you do so at your own expense.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. The full purchase price less the restocking fee (if applicable) will be credited to the form of payment used for the original purchase. We do not refund shipping charges.
